Exceptional

Liked: We have stayed there a few times. Our girls love the pool and hot tub. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stay there because it is close to the relatives and we have invited the relatives to have dinner with us at the on site restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. The included breakfast makes it convenient to feed the kids right away without having to travel.
Disliked: Nothing to not like.

Pleasant

Liked: 2 of the lamps were not working, and the quality of the breakfast wasn’t good enough like it was the last time. But staff were nice and place was clean.

Disappointing. Not worth the price.

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: Parking lot was not plowed adequately with very icy patches and pathways. No salt at side door. Pool was freezing-unusable

Crap

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room and beds were dirty, linens dirty, got a piece of pie and when we went to eat it, noticed it was covered in hair! We have pictures of everything. They also keep trying to take more and more money and won’t talk to us to resolve it
