Macey, Erie, visiting Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex

Me and my boyfriend made a reservation online to stay at this hotel; we are both 18 but it fails to tell you on the website that you can't stay there unless you're with someone who is 21; which doesn't make sense for 2 people who just needed a room to sleep in for the night. They told us we couldn't stay and turned us away. I asked why they don't tell you prior to coming that you need to be 21 and she just told me 'she didn't know'. LMAO WOW.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: The whole place.

I do not recommend this...

Liked: Jill was nice to help with approving refund.
Disliked: AC not working in main areas of hotel, toilet flooded bathroom in first room & no working phone, moved rooms and AC broken & lightbulbs missing, outside doors propped open throughout the night - no security, third room moved to had moldy shower and found bed bug (housekeeping confirmed bed bug)

Disliked: the glass above the pool was broken and hanging down in places. Couldn't find my room. No directions from staff.
