Me and my boyfriend made a reservation online to stay at this hotel; we are both 18 but it fails to tell you on the website that you can't stay there unless you're with someone who is 21; which doesn't make sense for 2 people who just needed a room to sleep in for the night. They told us we couldn't stay and turned us away. I asked why they don't tell you prior to coming that you need to be 21 and she just told me 'she didn't know'. LMAO WOW.

Disliked: The cleaning is lacking HUGE. I had to wipe down everything and my disinfectant wipes were black. No lie. Swear on my life. It needs updated, with something other than 500 gallons of paint that they keep adding…..It’s ok to have filthy blankets, sheets, a huge spit wad on ur bathroom ceiling and mold growing all over the outside of mini fridge….Mold. Literally colonies.Also, shards of glass are waiting to fall from the sky lights to the pool.There was a nice young man that helped me obtain new sheets and blankets before we made an attempt to go to bed. We were so tired. Unfortunately I had to wait (which i didn’t mind that really as he was by himself and I understand that), I am more upset with just the overall poor cleaning and the fact someone did not care enough to NOT put disgusting sheets on the bed.The water can potentially burn you from faucets and showers. Gets extremely hot! Beyond necessary. Going to cause an injury to a small child or an elderly person.Humidity is huge issue due to the pool and surrounding inside rooms. If mold is growing around my room fridge….. you know it’s everywhere too! we cleaned it with what we had! HEALTH ISSUE, needs considered for inspection and potential closer. If I had a vacuum I would have done that myself too.
