Ramada by Wyndham Indiana

Me and my boyfriend made a reservation online to stay at this hotel; we are both 18 but it fails to tell you on the website that you can't stay there unless you're with someone who is 21; which doesn't make sense for 2 people who just needed a room to sleep in for the night. They told us we couldn't stay and turned us away. I asked why they don't tell you prior to coming that you need to be 21 and she just told me 'she didn't know'. LMAO WOW.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: The whole place.

Likely would not stay here...

Liked: Convenient to IUP
Disliked: No AC in lobby or bar. Room had AC but it was humid, probably from all areas outside of room being so hot and uncomfortable. Very dated.

Disliked: The bar maid was very rude, tried to ask a question and she looked at walked away. Asked other customers and they helped. She act like she didn’t want to serve my daughter and i so we went out for food.The first room smelled strongly of raid. They moved us after complaining and said they did work on that side but other customers complained of the same strong smell. The 2nd was dirty. Stains on bedding, dusty and the broke bathroom vent was so loud. Lastly, the courtyard was hotter than outside, i almost fainted trying to find the ice machine on the 2nd floor with no elevator and heavy bags. The corridor where the broken ice machine was located felt like a sauna.

Good for a one night...

Disliked: Under renovation. No A/C in the building, hallways were very hot. Rooms A/C worked fine. Had to pay for the breakfast.

Liked: The property had a very nice courtyard set up with a pool and then games and a pool table. There was plenty of seating and also a bar/ restaurant with live music.
Disliked: The property did not have air conditioning in any of the hallways or courtyard area. The upstairs hallways were over. 100°. And the courtyard and restaurant were so hot and humid, you couldn’t sit and enjoy yourself. It was not disclosed on their website that the air was not working.

Won’t stay here again

Liked: Staff was fine.
Disliked: Needs remodeled. Carpet need replaced. Room smelled. Parking lot was full of pot holes. Landscaping was a mess

Disliked: Room smelled like pesticides, shower head was broken. Rugs throughout needed cleaned and vacuumed.
