Ramada by Wyndham Indiana

Me and my boyfriend made a reservation online to stay at this hotel; we are both 18 but it fails to tell you on the website that you can't stay there unless you're with someone who is 21; which doesn't make sense for 2 people who just needed a room to sleep in for the night. They told us we couldn't stay and turned us away. I asked why they don't tell you prior to coming that you need to be 21 and she just told me 'she didn't know'. LMAO WOW.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: The whole place.

Our stay was fine since...

Liked: It was clean and the person at desk was nice. But the property is very dated and needs a lot of things updated. The refrigerator froze all our food.

Affordable, Friendly staff, Large pool

Liked: This is our go to hotel when visiting family. However, this particular weekend was the local university’s spring break. So lots of college students there Saturday night. Most were drunk and loud and twice they tried to come into our room. My family usually gets connecting rooms since we travel with our kids. However, we were separated into two separate rooms that were about five rooms apart. This trip was just me not being aware of what weekend it was. I’ll make sure to check next time. We will still stay here as the staff is always friendly (Jill is amazing!!!) and it’s close to family.

absolute disgrace to hotels

Liked: Absolutely will never be staying here again. There was blood stains all throughout my room and cockroaches everywhere. Not only was the room disgusting but the customer service was the worst. Everyone had an attitude and was no help with anything. I would not stay here if you want a quality stay.

The worst stay I ever...

Liked: did not eat breakfast, The place was dirty and had buckets sitting due to leaking ceiling. Dirty socks in the bathroom. I did not even shower there, Worst place I have ever rented, very disappointed.
Disliked: everything! very dirty place

Disliked: We thought it was a great place because of the pool and pool room.. we went into the pool and were in there about 45 mins to an hour, when we got out there were over 5 roaches on our personal belongings!!! We called the front desk and he wasn’t very concerned kind of rude and inconsiderate about the situation. Luckily we talked to a person from booking and were able to secure a refund -1000/10 DO NOT BOOK HERE!
