Liked: The staff were okay
Disliked: I had troubles with the room , the first key i was given someone else was inside the room the second key i was given the room wasn�t clean at all

This was the WORST stay...
Liked: Nothing good about it. It was dirty, the staff was lazy and the bartender had her kid at the bar which im pretty sure is illegal. They also didn't wear masks and the shuttle was not running when it was my time travel. Whenever I walked in, the front desk staff had their masks off in their phones.
Disliked: Everything was terrible.WORST stay ever. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a stain on the bed and curtains. I called in and they sent 4 people up (without gloves) to change 1 sheet. Just one sheet, not the whole bed. I had to leave to go to a meeting and when I can back late at night there was no hot water. I called in an outrage. They said "sorry, our hot water was out yesterday but it should be back by now." Thats it. They did not try to fix it or even offer me a different room. I asked for the manager and they said the manager isn't in. I asked when the manager would be back and they said they don't know, that he comes in whenever he wants. I asked to check out and get a refund for the following night and they said oh we can't give you a refund because you booked with booking. I called booking and they said its actually the hotel that must issue the refund and that it wasn't guaranteed. I left the hotel because I did not want to be there but did not check out because they said I may not get my money back. Booking called me and said they been on hold for a long time and that they would call me in the morning and try to sort it out and get me a partial refund since I leave tomorrow. They never got back to me. I went back to the hotel late and tried to shower again, still no hot water. I called and they said oh let us check other rooms (3am). 20 mins later they called and said we found a room with hot water "if you wanna use the shower really quick". They wanted me to walk the halls in a towel and shower cap. I said id rather not shower and go home. The next morning I checked out early even tho my flight was late in the afternoon, I could not spend another minute there. I went to a restaurant and ate breakfast and just stayed there watching tv. Days later I got an email saying I could not get a refund because they offered me a shower with hot water the 2nd night and I declined. Does that even make sense?

Liked: Very friendly and nice staff.
Disliked: Room is very outdated. Rug and window curtains look very old. Bathroom is really small.

Liked: The price. And the staff was friendly (besides not wearing masks)
Disliked: We stayed one night, facilities are old and in desperate need of remodeling.
