Good stay
Liked: Reception was really nice and friendly and accommodated everything specially the guy (sorry forgot name) on the reception.convenient location and pick and drop shuttle service was great.
Disliked: We could have got better view room

Liked: Pleasant staff
Our clerk on departure, Claudia was extremely helpful. We forgot a bag on the shuttle and she was quick to help us get it returned. Shuttle driver was also excellent.
Disliked: Very, very low water pressure in shower, but we?re hoping it was due to winter storm and outages.

Not satisfied.
Liked: Near to the United Airlines Hangars here in Houston.
Disliked: No breakfast contrary to what is advertised. No backup water tanks for emergencies. No coffee maker in each room contrary to what is advertised. Two big thermos coffee jugs at reception counter where people from outside coming to enquire and people staying in the hotel get coffee. This practice is not safe to prevent COVID infection. Individual room coffee maker is a lot safer. I don't recommend the hotel to my love ones, friends and co-workers. Reservation people should be upfront what is not available as advertised.

Exceptional
Liked: Our stay for the night was perfect. Shuttle from and to airport was very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Luck of coffee, tea and kettle in the room. It was disappointing, because when we stayed last time all of this was in the room.
