Convenient stay near Houston International...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the food was enjoyable, and overall the service was good. What we appreciated most were the comfortable beds. The room was also well-equipped, with a desk for working and a smart TV.
Disliked: The hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and there was a strange smell in the hallway. The pool area could use some maintenance too: the water didn’t look very clear, and the lack of umbrellas under the scorching Texas summer sun was disappointing.

When I spent a night...

Liked: close to airport, free airport shuttle
Disliked: room was damp/humid; the floor was so polished that I almost slipped several times; small flies crawling in the sink/bathroom; dryer in laundry set on "medium", but my cloths were still damp/clammy after 45min.

There’s definitely better hotels in...

Liked: The only good thing about this properties the proximity to the airport
Disliked: Everything else it was dark dreary the floors everything else was disgusting. The beds were uncomfortable. I honestly felt like I was gonna get bedbugs, but it was a nonrefundable stay and I wasn’t gonna lose money.

Do not recommend

Liked: Location close to Memorial Hermann.
Disliked: The restrooms were not clean. Shower had hairs in the tub. Hallway was so loud. You could hear people screaming, laughing. I was in the room 20 minutes and had to leave. I ended up sleeping in my car with my daughter
