Great staff, facility needs some...

Liked: Staff was excellent. Extremely pleasant. They kept a smile even when overwhelmed. Happy to answer questions. Quick to assist with any issues. The location was ok. Restaurants and stores within a fair distance. Plenty of parking. Rooms were a nice size. A/C worked great. Cabanas were priced great. Drinks at the pool side bar were decent.
Disliked: The property was pretty outdated. There was no structure. The guests werent held accountable for not following rules. The pools, water areas were continuously being closer due to guests not following rules. Infants/Toddlers in regular diapers instead of water diapers, diapers exploding in the water areas. Poop in the water areas, leisure areas, all around. I felt so bad for staff. You can see they were getting overwhelmed and disgusted. Guests smoking when signs are posted in clear sight, NO Smoking. Also the water in our room and the splash pad had a funny smell. I didnt notice it in the lazy river or big pool. However in our room it was so bad you couldnt even brush your teeth. We used bottle water.
