Liked: The staff, central to activities and quiet after posted time.
Disliked: I had two reservations back to back and checked the rooms and the cleanliness was rushed.Units needed high dusting, mirrors cleaned by a short member of staff not all the way to the top, one of the units was cleaned but a large obvious clump of hair in the tub drain and the other several trans and balls of hair around the unit. Besides that restrooms were cleaned good, sink area and appliances good, beds were made properly. Taking into consideration the remodeling project that needs to be done and not holding that against areas of the room or property. Thank you for this day and all that you and the staff has done for the guest.

Disliked: The room has a very musty smell , palmetto bugs, bathroom was dirty looking, needs a Serious update. No refrigerator. The whole place needs an update

Liked: The property is family friendly.
Disliked: When I walked out to the balcony to have a coffee, or even in the water park area with my kids, it smelt like strong marijuana. I thought smoking wasn’t allowed, but definitely disliked that as it’s suppose to be smoking free.
