Liked: They had plenty of amenities, and open access to the pool
Disliked: A lot of the metal surfaces (tables, sinks, tub, toilet paper holders) had exposed rust. The larger water slides must have closed around 4 because they were closed off often. The staff kept telling us we would be charged for towels even though there was no one on duty to return them to. The laundry facilities were difficult to operate. My key stopped working mid trip. The food at the hotel was terrible

Disliked: The karaoke was so loud at night that you could hear it in your rooms like it was in your room and having at 10:00 at night and people just trying to sleep and the food was excellent but you need to put more on the menu because when people stay there for 4 or 5 days they like to stay there not go anywhere else to eat and they eat there and it's the same old stuff and they don't want to eat that same stuff all the time add to your menu

Disliked: I booked through booking. ComY’all’s wouldn’t talk to me bc it was a third party booking, still waiting on my phone call response or refund which I was told wouldn’t be a problem
