Liked: Location to WNC Ag Center.
Disliked: It was the same breakfast for 4 days in a row and not very hot.

Liked: What I like about the property is that upon entering, customer service was so friendly and very informative of any questions asked. From guest services to the cleanliness of the business, everything was impeccable and it definitely won’t be my last time visiting this location.
Disliked: No dislikes at all!!

Liked: The location was perfect. It was a close drive into Hendersonville and to shopping and the apple orchards. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I think not having complimentary breakfast bar would have been better than the disappointment on the offerings, no milk available, no water for instant oats, no fruit, and eggs were dry and scarce and it was early. Everyone came down and did what I did, frowned and walked away.

Nice place but not worth...

Liked: The property was nice. Not over crowded and in a convenient location.
Disliked: When we checked in on Friday, the lady ran my card information. Then asked for it again for “insurance” purposes. They double charged me. I went upstairs, checked my account and sure enough. Two separate charges. I went back and informed her that I had been charged double. She said that she was refunding immediately. I waited patiently for them to refund one of the charges but this is 4 days after and still no refund. What was supposed to be $212 charge has cost me over $400. Also the towels do not dry you off well. They are a weird material.
