Liked: My room was fine
Disliked: I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get my key card activated. I started to think it was on purpose, having me come back and forth to the lobby and back to the 4th floor. Very frustrating I dropped my jacket on my way to check out. I called to see if it was turned in. I was told no jacket was there and they only had a lost and found for electronics . The hallway ceiling was leaking and it had buckets catching the water the hall carpet was wet. Only one elevator was working

Liked: I liked how comfortable the bed was
Disliked: The elevators were broke 6 of 7 days, had to move floor 4 to floor 1. No breakfast as advertised, no cribs as advertised and handicap room was only grab bar which has no wheel chair access for shower, when elevator was broke we waited 35 mins for elevator and we couldn’t use stairs Im disabled and had an infant too. In Hotel there was an odd odor thankfully not in rooms, on fourth floor there was trash cans of water dripping from ceiling. When we questioned the staff they were unempathetic about the fact I got a texted confirming a crib would be in room and they just said we don’t have any and I got breakfast supposedly with room and get there they said no breakfast it needs to be removed from the website as it’s false advertising and if I would’ve known the elevator was going to go bad day 2 and there was no real handicap amenities I would’ve requested refund and left to another hotel to make everything worse your four handicap parking for a building with four floors was full 6 of 7 days and most parking spaces people double parked because parking was tight and the concrete poles block the back passenger door which made it difficult to remove the baby and we had to crawl through the other passenger door and me being handicap I had to exit vehicle and stand waiting for my daughter to remove everything and then not all floors was not accessible to elevator because of stairs. If someone was to report to ADA you would need to make the necessary updates wheel chairs are essential access and the showers are not meeting those needs, I was unable to use your shower. It should have been clear that handicap access was NOT available besides grab bar
