Liked: Comfy bed, good size room for a 1 night stay
Disliked: No kettle, tea/coffee or water in the room.

Liked: It was very close to my job
Disliked: Very loud (the building vibrated with strong wind and there was a noise like vibrating glass, we could hear neighbours walk. We could even smell the neighbours perfume). Also BLACK MOLD in the bathroom and not just a little. The whole shower wall was covered in it. Parking charges despite disability parking card. When we asked about free parking in the area upon checkin we were falsely informed there was none. We were happy to check out a day early. Staff upon checkout was incredibly friendly though!!!

Extremely overpriced. Basic amenities. Excellent...

Liked: The location was great as we were exhibiting at Eurotier and it was walking distance. The housekeeping was also really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: As we were there during Eurotier they increased the price of the night by 5 times the regular price. It was really expensive. The reception desk promised us several times to have our invoice ready as this is a work trip that needed to have an invoice number, be in English and not German and be signed and stamped and it took us 3 days with 4 different people to finally get it done the correct way. It was really disappointing. The hotel room itself doesn’t have any amenities and not even a phone to ask anything of the reception desk.
