Liked: Good parking facilities, close to Highway, good clean room
Disliked: The problem was , that when I arrived the evening before, I asked what time breakfast was until, I was told 11.00am, so I planned go go for breakfast around 10.30am, but between 7.00am and 9.00am , House keeping kept knocking on my door to clean the room, clearly I was still sleeping and using the room, because I hadn't checked out. This interrupted my sleep.I later went down for breakfast at 10.30am and I was directed to the breakfast area by the receptionist, and proceeded to take some food, when then a angry man , who did did not introduce himself t me, and as I remember he was actually sitting at a table eating his breakfast, instructed me to leave that breakfast had finished, at the same time I was on the phone speaking to a clients lawyer in Spain, who was also surprised by the mans tone!, I continued to select what was left as a poor choice of food for breakfast when a Lady in a red suit, came to me and informed me that breakfast was finished and kindly remove myself, all this time the angry man was continuing the shout insults at me, I explained to her that her night receptionist, who took my booking and payment, informed me that Breakfast was until 11.00am, This lady refused to believe me and asked me to leave, so I asked for my invoice, which they couldn't produce, another man assisted the nice friendly receptionist to make my invoice which took 20mins to produce, then I left.The attitude of both the angry man and lady in red suit, who claimed to be the manager was totally unacceptable towards a paying client, maybe because of the two individuals that is why the hotel is not busy, I stay in 3 different hotels every week because of my business, and will not be staying here again or recommending my employees or business partners to stay here, I write reviews of hotels and this experience will go on the list of the worst hotel stay ever.

Low value and untrustworthy.
Liked: The location. That is it.
Disliked: The whole building and area is poorly maintained. I asked for the room to be clean but it wasn't. We did that ourselves as we knew they were sold out. The price you get in booking.com is NOT what you pay when you get there. When checking in I was told that I could not pay via the booking.com app, but had to pay by card there. So I did, but when I checked, I saw this was more than what I booked it at. I was told it was 5% City Tax but the amount was 16% higher than what I booked it at. I feel a bit cheated in the process as booking.com was completely ignored and I should have checked the amount when she held out the terminal. I don't mind paying the tax, but then be honest about it. And make sure I get the price that was agreed upon. The breakfast selection and quality was really poor. In general I cannot recommend, and would never come back. The value is low and I don't trust that I pay the agreed price or they would be honest about taxes etc. Beds were so soft that we put them on the floor, but they had clean sheets, so that's a win.
