Low value and untrustworthy.

Liked: The location. That is it.
Disliked: The whole building and area is poorly maintained. I asked for the room to be clean but it wasn't. We did that ourselves as we knew they were sold out. The price you get in booking.com is NOT what you pay when you get there. When checking in I was told that I could not pay via the booking.com app, but had to pay by card there. So I did, but when I checked, I saw this was more than what I booked it at. I was told it was 5% City Tax but the amount was 16% higher than what I booked it at. I feel a bit cheated in the process as booking.com was completely ignored and I should have checked the amount when she held out the terminal. I don't mind paying the tax, but then be honest about it. And make sure I get the price that was agreed upon. The breakfast selection and quality was really poor. In general I cannot recommend, and would never come back. The value is low and I don't trust that I pay the agreed price or they would be honest about taxes etc. Beds were so soft that we put them on the floor, but they had clean sheets, so that's a win.

Disliked: No water in the room, no minibar. The hotel has potential, but it looks like a hotel in a forgotten town where the management is struggling to save costs by cutting service and monetize everything.

Disliked: No kettle, tea/coffee or water in the room.

Liked: It was very close to my job
Disliked: Very loud (the building vibrated with strong wind and there was a noise like vibrating glass, we could hear neighbours walk. We could even smell the neighbours perfume). Also BLACK MOLD in the bathroom and not just a little. The whole shower wall was covered in it. Parking charges despite disability parking card. When we asked about free parking in the area upon checkin we were falsely informed there was none. We were happy to check out a day early. Staff upon checkout was incredibly friendly though!!!
