Disliked: The bed was super uncomfortable with the frame feeling like it would fall apart. The room had an odd smell and looked a bit tired and worn

Liked: I have stayed many times n love t location n t rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are very helpful too

Liked: The location is great. The dining area is nice & light.
Disliked: The room was very small. The bathroom was tiny & the step up to the shower is dangerous for older people especially with no handle to help. The kettle could not fit under the tap so had to use a cup to fill. No blankets/ duvet, only cold sheets and air freshener in corridor was overpowering.
