Liked: The staff was good. The room was what we expected for 2.5 star hotel.
Disliked: No hot tub or fitness room. Only an outdoor pool and it was closed one of the 2 days we were there. More expensive than a better quality 2.5 star hotel we stayed at one day later.

Liked: Location was nice
Disliked: Saw a few elderly people there and no access to an elevator for them. I know they were struggling. Parking was very chaotic. People staying there and parking huge trucks in the parking lot by taking over several spots. So parking horizontal not vertical.

Liked: We had a one night stay on our road trip. The room was spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The hotel advertised a balcony for our room. We had a downstairs room and there was a small patio area with a couple of chairs (no table). There is ample car parking. We received a warm welcome on our arrival from Sandy on the front desk who was very helpful answering our questions about our stay. There is an excellent Teppanyaki restaurant next door for dinner - probably best to book at weekends.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the limited hot food was only lukewarm.

Decent stay

Liked: Decent breakfast. Super comfy beds.
Disliked: When I went to check out, the young man sitting there was picking his nose and I needed a receipt.

Liked: The man running the desk at check in was okay to work with. It was late and he had probably had a very long day. But the staff at breakfast was friendly and delightful. I enjoyed interacting with them. Sweet people.
