Disliked: one staff member didn't hear me say hello as I approached the front desk, I waited for her to look up from the computer, and she said to me in a disturbed tone, that I should have said something

It was terrible

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Our first room they put us in, someone was previously in there, so it was dirty. I tried to get a refund after that, wouldn’t allow me to. Got to a second room, the water was cold, it wouldn’t get hot at all. So I had to take a cold shower. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. It would have been nice to get a refund after being put in the first dirty room. It was a terrible experience
