Disappointing

Disliked: The building and the rooms are really old . As soon as we arrived the sink was clogged! The sofa bed was extremely old and it was disgusted to sit there.

Pleasant

Liked: The place is a little outdated. The staff are all friendly. Room is a little dark but probably that helps you sleep. The buffet is good. It has a microwave and refrigerator on the room. Location is near gasoline stations, convenience stores and the highway.
Disliked: There are no elevators and it might be hard if you have heavy luggage and your room is on the second floor

Liked: Comfy bed, spacious room.
Disliked: Booking was for 3 people but no bedding was in the room for the sofa bed. When we asked for bedding we got two pillows and 1 thin blanket. When we asked for a couple more, we were told we had to call and ask at the front desk, which I did and we were allowed one more thin blanket.

Liked: The pool and hot tub was nice, esthetically pleasing and temperature was good. Area was super clean.
Disliked: The lighting in the pool area was very dark, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and our bath tub stopper wouldn't stay up to drain the tub when you shower I had to prop it open with a face cloth. There was no drain cover in the sink just a big hole so the soap bar slipped out of my hands and got stuck in the drain. The breakfast wasn't great, the hashbrowns were cold and dry and the pancakes were still doughy. The milk for the cereal was in an open pitcher that wasn't being kept cold so that just threw me off.

Horrible high priced hotel, 10/10...

Liked: The room was disgusting and dirty, the pull out sofa bed had the worst mattress and was so dirty/full of crumbs i couldn't let my kids sleep on it, the pillows and blankets were stained and the tables had black on them that we had to wipe off in order to set anything on it. there was kids running around yelling until midnight in the main pool area echoing through the hotel.The bathtub was stained and rusted, there was mold/water stains on the ceiling. The room overall was much smaller then advertised, and the bathroom was a small cubical We had to find someone to come turn the lights on at the pool well after they should have been on for saftey reasons. There was people outside screaming and cops there until late into the night.Breakfast was the best part and that wasn't even that great. For the price I was charged i was expecting a lot more. Especially a clean room.

Liked: Very outdated and not clean. Lots of repairs clearly not done. Pool was green and very dirty.
