Disliked: The guy at the front desk at check in comes off rude to Me and was kind of a dick when I asked to book the swimming for us it was only Me and my little girl in my books not polite at all and could have better customer service skills, the girl at check out was great to us me and my little girl had a blast in the pool swimming ????

Liked: THE GOOD - The location is lovely, the lobby is warm and inviting, the bed was Super Comfortable. I don't usually rave about hotel beds, it is usually Just-A-Bed, but these mattresses feel great and the warm fluffy duvet is delightful. The courtyard is lovely and I enjoyed chilling out by the fish pond and waterfall. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: THE SO-SO Other guests were smoking just outside the doors, and the hallways smelled of smoke. I did notify the front desk, and they did attempt to identify the smokers... all rooms are marked as non-smoking and they have signs indicating that you need to be at least ( 30 feet ? ) from the building to smoke. So - this problem was created by inconsiderate guests, not the hotel. If the guests are called on it often enough, hopefully they will move away from the building in the future, and I do appreciate the timely response from the hotel staff.THE NOT SO GREAT - I called ahead to ask if the pool and hot tub are open. I was delighted to hear they were, with 30-minute appointments, one family at a time, which seemed like a reasonable precaution to minimize risk of infection. The only problem was... the water in the hot tub was not clean. When I notified the front desk they contacted maintenance immediately. So... good response, and I understand it must be difficult to keep the facility going under the current reduced travel circumstances, but, if it is not feasable to keep up the maintenance, it would be better to simply close the tub, we all would understand, I think.
