You get what you pay...

Liked: The Staff were amazing! The look and layout of the building was beyond expectations
Disliked: Don’t even advertise you have a pool. My kids couldn’t even use it. It was Green and maybe 20 Celsius. We had to book a time at the Fredricton pool. Massive let down.

Exceptional

Affordable, unique pool area, seems...

Liked: The room was nice, and the pool area is very unique
Disliked: The pool was freezing! I made sure the pool was open before booking. Didn’t realize it would be too cold! My three year old couldn’t do it, she was shaking from the cold.There was some guest on the main floor that seemed homeless? They opened their door and I was walking by, threw a towel into the hall and yeah something inaudible at me. It was really strange and was a bad first impression of the place.

Bad

Liked: The staff are unable to communicate with there clients.. the rooms are dirty. As well as every other area..the pool and hot tub are disgusting the only good thing was the restaurant..this used to be an amazing place that was a great place to go for work or leisure..now it's gone down hill un a Big way..they charge you for a place that's unacceptable for anyone to stay..I was very disappointed with the way the Ramada is now..and while staying there we weren't the only ones who felt this way!.shame it's gone so badly .
Disliked: Everything except the restaurant..only place clean.

Disliked: I was looking for a munchie evening machine

Good, with a few disappointments

Liked: We come to this property quite often, and enjoy location, the pool, the rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: This visit to the hotel was a bit different, we requested a king room with view. We got a queen room with no view so that was disappointing. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The pullout bed didn’t have any bedding and was flat and springy. The phone in the room 135 did not work and this time around the hot tub was green.

Tolerance of violence and noise

Liked: The courtyard was fantastic, such a nice atmosphere and the rooms were clean and tidy with excellent customer service. Restaurant was also amazing.
Disliked: There was a party in the room below us and 1 room over that turned violent, I did not get any sleep and I was there for an examination the following morning, it took too long for the cops to be called after complaints... this fight went on from 10pm to 6am before police were called because of screaming bloody murder, throwing things, you name it... if this wasn't a factor, my stay would have been tremendous! There were a few things missing/broken in the room when we checked in but nothing major.

Passable

Liked: The price. The staff was freindly.
Disliked: Rooms need to be refresh. The room was cold and the heater dosent seems to work porperly. There's no hair dryer.
