The hotel itself is not kept. The hallways are dirty - not only the carpet itself but littered with garbage. Our room had the previous stayers take out food containers with leftover smelly food in them, IN A DRAWER! The bathtub had leftover pubic hair all in the bottom. Not what I’d expect when paying $187 Canadian funds per night! Terrible.

Liked: It was close to venue.

Liked: Elevator was out of order so had to climb narrow steps (15 steps) carrying luggage.Room was way at end of hallway. We are in our 70's. View out of window was rooftop of facility. Stairwell steps were very stained and worn. Hallways were worn well also. Alot of garbage laying around outside of facility. The main entrance was better. It was a beautiful day. No wind so it did not just blow in. Facility badly needs update. The staff (housekeeping) can't do it all. No maintainence person?Location was goodUpdate your facility

Liked: The buffet was great!
Disliked: I asked for a receipt and because I booked through a 3rd party she would give me anything not even an invoice.

Disappointed.

Liked: The breakfast and the restaurant.
Disliked: The pool was very cold, and the heating element was out in the hot tub. That was cold also. I booked a poolside room for those very reasons and to have them not working was very disappointing.

Liked: It was gross. We walked in the room and I immediately walked down to the lobby and requested a refund.
Disliked: Not clean

Liked: The room was pool side which worked out perfect for the kids.
Disliked: The rooms were ok, the couch was in poor poor condition, the carpet in the hallway was ugly. Hopefully they do more upgrades as the front desk made the hotel look like it was a good place but once you start walking down the carpet hallway it looked dungy.
