Disappointing

Liked: I like how it had pool and gym hours available.
Disliked: The room we specifically booked for our stay after driving ten hours we get here and we were told we couldn’t get the room cause of our pet when we SPECIFICALLY STATED AND CALLED BEFORE HAND THAT WE HAD A PET WITH US TRAVELING and all the worker stated was it was a 25$ fee everyday for the pet . Nothing about switching rooms. Instead of the king suite we originally paid for we winded up in this dingy dirty room, the tub constantly did not drain, & how does a hotel run out of towels and wash cloths ? I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Filthiest hotel I have ever...

Liked: Nothing. This place is absolutely filthy!
Disliked: Upon checking in and going to our room, we immediately notified the front desk and left. The room was nasty and filthy. Stained bedding, food on floor, broken furniture, bugs, rodent poop, etc. This was uninhabitable and should be closed down by the health department. Homeless shelters are cleaner than this place. The person at the front desk said “I understand “ and agree to authorize a full refund which never happened. I also contacted Wyndham who said someone would be calling me. That never happened either. This place is dangerous, filthy, and unhealthy. Nobody should be allowed to stay in this place.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hallways smelled terrible, the staff was not friendly, both rooms we were given were dirty, the ac was leaking, the fridge was open, there was wet towels in the room, the staff did not seem surprised that we were unhappy and did not apologize, etc.

Horribly. I had to leave...

Liked: The breakfast was dry; no egg of any kind be it fry or boll.
Disliked: Cleanness, old outdated system of running a business, if it does not break don't fix.

Good price. Needs a makeover!

Liked: *Room was very clean and smelled fresh.*Hotel was a great location for the price.*King size bed was comfortable. *Big screen TV had lots of channels. *Ample and close parking
Disliked: *"Free breakfast" consisted of bagels/toast, cereal, or tiny pieces of a waffle. For what the room cost, wasn't even a continental breakfast to us..*Hotel needs a makeover. Dark hallways, dingy colors, unused facilities with chairs stacked around, tenants smoking pot and drinking beer outside of the doors where we entered to get to our rooms.
