Liked: Price was cheap but after my stay I determined that it was low value considering what you receive.
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned, staff was inattentive, guests were loud.

Liked: I liked that the beds were comfortable and the rouku TV
Disliked: The shower and sink didn't drain well, and there was a very smelly towel and used bar of soap in the room.

Liked: Soon as I got there and entered the hallway to my room a few doors 4 to be exact a woman was calling out “Michael who was unresponsive only to knock on the door identifying who I am am to render assistance seeing dude on floor next to bed naked unresponsive she said she needed no helpi dispatched emergency assistance 911 which was a complete discomfort,Upon entering my room which was requested accessible one before I arrived it was not oneToilet was too too low the bathroom didn’t looked or smelled to be cleaned there were stains on the sink and on two rags and towelettesThere was an issue with connection to the WiFi,Pool hours are ridiculous 10am one hour before check out and then till 8pm sad sad and the pool wasn’t clean nor heated as stated when I asked up on check it.Disappointing all around the board for the stay or accommodation stayed at a place not happy with ☹️☹️

Disappointing
Liked: I like how it had pool and gym hours available.
Disliked: The room we specifically booked for our stay after driving ten hours we get here and we were told we couldn’t get the room cause of our pet when we SPECIFICALLY STATED AND CALLED BEFORE HAND THAT WE HAD A PET WITH US TRAVELING and all the worker stated was it was a 25$ fee everyday for the pet . Nothing about switching rooms. Instead of the king suite we originally paid for we winded up in this dingy dirty room, the tub constantly did not drain, & how does a hotel run out of towels and wash cloths ? I wouldn’t recommend staying here
