Need a refund. This place...

Liked: Nothing was there to like
Disliked: Overall appearance, cleanliness, bathroom tub and face basin clogging were nothing near to what a hotel should be. Upon our arrival we had to request that the bed linen be change. Continental breakfast is unacceptable. I also need my $50 holding fee to be deposited ASAP in my account.

Liked: The place was dirty the hallway was so messy a lot of stuff was on the carpet. The bed linen was filthy I have to call for clean set of bedding, don’t even mention the so call breakfast

Liked: Once we found it the property was fine, looked tidy outside but we didn’t hang around outside and wanted to get to our room after a long long drive.
Disliked: The broken flooring in our room, directly in the middle. The damaged shower curtain rod that drooped leaving both sides of the shower open as the curtain couldn’t stay up. The rusted bathroom light fixture over the sink, and rusted venting. The burn mark on the bed duvet, and the welcome message on our tv that read “welcome to Ramada fuckerrrrs”.

Won’t be coming here again!

Liked: There weren’t any tables and chairs to sit and enjoy breakfast with your family. We had to make 2-3 trips back and forth until we got our breakfast.
Disliked: The room was very dirty, the mirror and tv screen had stains on it. The bathroom was filled with hair along with the towels. The bedding sheet was all hair and the bed itself had many brown stains on it. We called staff to come and clean it but he brought a rag without any cleaning products to wipe down the mirror and tv screen; then he used a water bottle to wet the rag. The coffee maker was dirty and they forgot to leave us cups plus no jugs for the ice. Everything in that room was dusty and when we talked to the manager his response was: “We are under staff.” Well that’s not my problem. Also the pool closed at 8pm which is super early.

Hotel/booking should compensate for inconvenience...

Disliked: Room was not ready at 3pm as promised. We only had short amount of time for rest/shower before leaving for evening plan.
