A very dissatisfying stay in...

Liked: I liked the name Ramada Inn by Wyndham or rather misled by the name. As Ramada Inns are good hotels normally. But this one is bad in everything.
Disliked: Firstly they didn’t provide a connecting room or close to each other although I checked in online in advance and made the request. Secondly the room had Rat. I was rattled by this. Third, the room was very noisy, the neighbour played music and tv all night long and there was no soundproof. Didn’t get a good sleep on the first night I spent.The breakfast was terrible. The minimum there should be a protein like eggs, there were non. The lady serving in the canteen had a massive attitude problem. Not cooperative at all. Second day breakfast there was no yoghurts. Thursday day breakfast, it looked like the hotel had abandoned its guests. No oats, no yoghurt, NO MILK AT ALL TO EAT THE CEREAL, and the lady serving in the canteen disappeared, never to show up. A very bad experience.Second day we left a note on the door knob to make up the room, but when we returned we found nothing had been done. Just silly excuses.Very disappointed with the stay.

Disliked: Not clean, only one set of towels in the room for family of 4 people!!Split the family rooms to far even we contacted them many times before and they said we assigned rooms close to each other!The was extremely loud music in the room beside us, we called them to stop but the did nothing and continued until 4 am!
