Poor

Liked: The bed was comfortable and its in a good location for what we needed.
Disliked: The room needs serious updates, the bathroom is disgusting, the shower head was clogged up, no hot water at all in our room and false advertisement for breakfast.

The stay was enjoyable!

Liked: Stay was great as usual! Room was clean, beds were comfortable, it was quiet.

Disappointing

Liked: Not offered. Remodeling. No notification.

We did not feel safe...

Liked: The beds, the nice size room fridge, and the shower.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned well before we got there apparently. There were some nasty stains on mattresses. There were only 10 channels on TV. There were 3 drunk Mexican walking around asking for money and smokes. One of them was recently in a fight and when we went to get ice he walked by my daughter said something smelled good and walked over and smelled my husband. The doors outside were being propped open with rocks even know there was a sign posted said not too. The pool and hot tub were not working but they did not state that online when I reserved rooms. There was no breakfast because they were short staffed and that also was not listed online when I reserved rooms. When we left there was a cockroach

Liked: Location was good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean.
Disliked: The beds were awful; the mattress was broken down and sunk in the middle. The breakfast was very limited and not very tasty.

Disliked: It was advertised that had breakfast and a pool. The pool was out of service and was supposed to be fixed our first night. It was never fixed. There is NO breakfast. There is a restaurant attached that hasn’t opened. The “lounge, bar, and darts” is not available. It is run down, dark hallways, doors from the outside don’t lock, didn’t feel particularly safe there.

It was fantastic.

Disliked: Kitchen had closed the day before my arrival so there was no Free Breakfast as originally indicated and I was not advised until I inquired about breakfast times. There also is no elevator on the premises.
