Liked: The breakfast was phenomenal. So much variety. Have never had breakfast like that in other hotels. The staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations.

Liked: Liked the proximity to the highway and the pool and the yummy breakfast
Disliked: The bathroom was so small and the shower made loud cracking noises. There was a drawer in the vanity that wouldn’t close.

Liked: Location that's about it.
Disliked: My bed was broken. If you sit on one side, the rest of the bed comes up.The sheets were dusty and felt dirty like they hadn't been washed for a while.My husband woke up in the middle of the night, itching from the bedding. The room smelled like smoke in my non-smoking room.I'm very disappointed with how rude the staff was and the room we got. We had stayed a previous time and had a good stay. This time was a different story. We won't stay again.I don't recommend it.

Liked: Nothing. the room smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Staff is rude and they won’t give u ur money back even if u decide not to stay because the room was disgusting. Jelly on the table, dirty mirrors, dusty light fixtures.

I would stay there again.

Liked: The room was clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Great location from everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: The tub would not hold water to bath. Shower was good.

Ramada by Wyndham El Paso...

Liked: Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham was wonderful, as always. We love the quiet facilities, the excellent food served for breakfast, and the very kind and helpful staff! They are so courteous, and the owner is a delight to speak with!
Disliked: The bed was a little stiff this time around, but I love the king size, and the bedding is always clean and neat when we return each day! We have stayed there about three times now, and I don't remember the bed being uncomfortable. It may have just been the one room, but it's not a deal-breaker! The overall comfort and satisfaction are really high, and we will always be back!
