it was ok.

Liked: Location was excellant. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The fire alarm that went off at 1 am. By the time we reached the lobby from the 7th floor via the staircase we were told it was a false alarm. Also, 1 elevator was out of service which made for some long waits. Also people in the lobby bumming money or cigarettes.

Very nice room, clean, quiet...

Liked: Bed was too soft for me but that is a personal choice. Unfortunately the second elevator was not functioning so that was frustrating. Hope repairs are done by now
Disliked: Perhaps not related to the hotel but it was frustrating that the restaurant was closed. Again, I hope it reopens soon

Worst Hotel Experience

Liked: The room itself was mostly good. Comfortable enough. Bathroom was quite good.
Disliked: Everything else about this hotel was terrible. The staff seemed to be doing their best with a bad situation. Only one elevator was operational, and it was extremely small. Stairs are only allowed in an emergency. The restaurant was closed so no breakfast.Their pre-booking system was down so I had to reenter everything.Our room was right next to the elevator so there was noise from that constantly. And the blackout curtains had a gap right where some light could come in. And then there was a fire alarm at 1am. On top of all of this, the room was expensive. I expected much better.

Liked: Breakfast was small but good enough, the locationIs great, very close to plenty of fun things to do.
Disliked: It’s an older building but it’s awesome.
