Absolutely incredible and comfortable.

Liked: Staff were very accommodating and sanitation of public areas was up to standard. The room was beautiful
Disliked: The finer details of the housekeeping could have been better, ie. stray hairs, streaky mirrors, dusty picture frames

Liked: Good location for us.
Disliked: Hotel is slow due to Covid. They still see find the need to put us in a room that overlooks the roof of a lower building,. The whole front of their building is balconies why don?t they just use those so people can have a nice view.. Paid for a queen deluxe there is one very small bed no couch as indicated a picture- it?s probably the smallest room I?ve ever stayed in while in Edmonton.The air conditioner is so loud even with the TV volume at maximum we could not hear it. This is the second time we?ve stayed here and there?s many months mostly due to location but we will be choosing somewhere else next time.

Disliked: Pet friendly rooms are on the 2nd floor so it was inconvenient during our short stay. The hotel, except the lobby, was outdated. The room we stayed at was not renovated since probably 80's or older. Upon checking in, the agent was not prompt to assist us when we were checking in. The agent didn't give us internet passwords upon check-in process.
