An overall great stay -...

Liked: The staff was lovely, THE BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD!! Also the fact that they accept dogs 10/10. The room was good, I overall had a great time!
Disliked: The pool was getting renovated, so we had to run over to the neighbouring hotel to use their pool. Also our air con wasn't working, so it got fairly hot in our room.

Overall a lovely hotel with...

Liked: Location, staff, pool, breakfast.
Disliked: Some hair in the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned up from previous patrons.

Nice accommodation with an excellent...

Liked: Was very clean and nice location.
Disliked: The reason we booked here was for the pool/waterpark. To our dismay, we found out when checking in that the pool was closed. This was not mentioned anywhere online when booking the room. Needless to say we had two very dissatisfied grandchildren.
