Great location just noisy

Liked: The staff were lovely, room good size and clean, location for concert was great
Disliked: Plumbing! Every time someone used the bathroom or sink in adjoining rooms I heard everything sadly meaning very little sleep

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: Filth. Walls had dried blood in the bathroom, hand prints on doors and walls, smelled like mildew. Ceiling had a few areas of a questionable substances. Sheets and comforters had holes in them. At least the water was hot and the bathtub looked clean.
