Amazing staff!

Liked: The staff was amazing! The beds were awesome and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was also good with normal selections.
Disliked: The pool, exercise room, and laundry facilities were all closed.

Disliked: Lack of cleanliness ( stained sheets)Front desk (afternoon shift gentleman) refused to help us to get a top floor upon request stating that I have already checked in and assigned a room. Didn’t want to put effort to check the availability of a top room. The floor reeked of marijuana. Rooms appear very old, furniture needs maintenance. Walls and curtains look dirty. It appears this hotel needs upgrading and more maintenance as pool, hot tub and laundry all were closed.

Disliked: The toilet was clogged when we checked in. The phones didn’t work so we went to the front desk for a plunger, the employee told us he was the only one there, he didn’t know if he would be able to find a plunger but he would call if he did. We had to plunge the toilet several times.

Liked: Cheap, clean and the store was nice
Disliked: The toilet was straight out of a prison. It wasn’t a normal toilet. The shower didn’t work immediately. I had to pull the shower button a few times before the shower worked. Other than those small things, the room was fine.

Disliked: I wAs lead to believe that there was a pool and laundry facilities available when I booked my room.i also booked a handicap accessible room and díd not receive one.i was told that the early check in fee would be waived for the inconvenience and it wasn't.and upon checking out I was charged over $100 for a stain that was on the coverlet when I arrived..
