Liked: The staff are great. The complimentary breakfast is great.
Disliked: I would like to see family’s booked on the ground floor, children tend to run and jump, to let off steam. I know this is not possible all the time, just a thought.

Disliked: The entryway to the parking lot is filled with potholes and is awful.

Bare minimum, disappointing stay

Liked: Decent sized fridge and microwave
Disliked: Very small room, limited space in the bathroom, only one mirror located in the bathroom; which is hard when multiple family members are trying to get ready for a wedding. I found a dirty shirt beside one of the beds. Pool and hot tub were cloudy/murky, could tell the water wasn’t clean so couldn’t swim; which was the main reason for choosing this hotel over another.

Liked: Generous room with comfy beds, table and two chairs, a suitcase stand, coffee maker, fridge, desk and TV. USB charging ports on bedside lamp. Clean. Breakfast included hot and cold foods. Good variety. Good seating.Pool & hot tub looked fine although we didn't use them during our two night stay. Lots of staff - all seemed nice.
Disliked: Awful driveway! Potholes that could cause serious damage to wheel alignment. Grungy stairwell - carpet never vacuumed during our two-day stay. Black scrape marks on walls in stairwell. View of industrial parking lot.
