Average hotel, but very friendly staff, who made our stay all the more pleasant!

Filthy and unhygienic

Liked: The price was relatively better than other hotels we were looking into.
Disliked: It was extremely unclean. The flooring hasnt been mopped for years- it seemed- and the place hasnt been dusted for some time. We were coughing because of the dust. There were spiders everywhere to the extent we had one fall on me from the ceiling. The place did not have a "Ramada hotel" vibe at all. Felt like an unkept air bnb. It was a complete let down. Ramada did not live up to its expectations at all.

Superb

Our stay was okay but...

Liked: I like that it was close to our family that we were visiting.
Disliked: That the building was painted hideously, that our room was full of silverfish bugs, that the furnishings were very dated, that the AC machine in our room was very loud, that the pool looked dingy, that we were not given a free continental breakfast like we usually get at every other Ramada location, and that our shower curtain could not reach across the shower fully so water sprayed all over our bathroom.

No value for the dollar...

Liked: Whole facility smell, room and bathroom specially. Furniture/ fixtures were old, worn out. Refrigerator was broken.
Disliked: The pungent smell everywhere

Liked: The lobby looked nice
Disliked: Our room was very very dirty. I would have canceled or changed rooms once we got in and noticed except we had been traveling all day and our young children were so tired we chose to just suck it up so we could get them to sleep. The facilities were very outdated, which is totally fine ans expected when booking a cheaper place to stay. But the dirt, grime, mold, grease should not be expected.
