Disliked: It is not easy to find the hotel location

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff
Disliked: My booking had been inadvertently cancelled by the property so I had to wait to be rebooked. Noisy location next to freeway. No TV. No Wi-Fi available during my stay.

Liked: The hot tub
Disliked: Hidden fees you had to pay when you got there.

Relaxing

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: We went to the front desk for service after grabbing some breakfast. We waited for hours, decided to call from the room and requested again. She was there within 10 mins.

Disappointing

Not good.

Liked: 3 beds. Pretty comfortable, that's about the only thing good to say.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub very. Bad condition, no supervision from management we went to use the hot tub in the evening and as we entered the area the hot tub was low on water, and very murky , there were 4 adults and minimum 5 children all not capable of not urinating in the tub, the last thing I want my family doing is soaking in a hot toilet. The TV in the room only tuned in on a few channels, Most channels did not work. Hot water pressure almost non existence as well as the tub would not drain. The tub surround in dis repair. We wont be back just very disapointing.

Passable

Liked: The location was nice and the pool access was pleasant.
Disliked: The customer service was awful. The lady at the front desk acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there.

We got what we payed...

Liked: Location and staff were nice.
Disliked: Beds are rock hard! We only had 2 towels provided for a family of 5 and the toilet paper was more than half way used and room did not have extra.

Momma and her 4 kids...

Liked: They had a good breakfast and we went during the week so it was not really busy my kids enjoyed the pool and the spa was nice once they got it working
Disliked: The pool was closed when we arrived but we were a hour earlie the spa was cold the 1st day and at 630 am the final morning a person or child was running in the room next door and hitting the wall not the hotels fault

It was very nice.

Liked: We didn't eat there, Had an early Drs. appt.
Disliked: Traffic and it was hard to get to your drive way
