All in all, a clean, well run and attractive hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast and well staffed.

Liked: Very clean and pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Pool looked a bit dirty.

Lobby was dirty and had no AC. Guy at the front desk was very rude and said they never should of booked us a room because they don't usually book to Brevard residents. Why they would not want to book with locals is beyond me. So we left! The room was already paid for - I am now trying to get my money back.

Uncomfortable very unclean and roach...

Liked: I didn’t eat at the dirty hotel.
Disliked: The room was roach infested and I was really upset it was a trip on my bucket list to the space center. I enjoyed the Space Center and the beautiful atmosphere in Florida but my hotel was deplorable.

Disliked: The pictures are much better than the real thing. Things are falling apart on the property. In the rooms we had a large piece of wood above the window that was falling down. It was not as nice and we thought. The area is not great.
