All in all, a clean, well run and attractive hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast and well staffed.

Liked: Very clean and pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Pool looked a bit dirty.

Lobby was dirty and had no AC. Guy at the front desk was very rude and said they never should of booked us a room because they don't usually book to Brevard residents. Why they would not want to book with locals is beyond me. So we left! The room was already paid for - I am now trying to get my money back.

Disliked: Far too many noises from neighbouring rooms and passages.Facilities were not as clean as would hope.Rude and unreasonable communication on pre check in.

Disliked: The place needs maintenance, the bathtub was clogged, other guests smoke cigarettes and marijuana in front of the rooms and the smoke and bad smell enter the uni room.

Liked: The breakfast was ok.The choices weren’t great but it did the job .the area was clean and the staff was patient with us on Sunday
Disliked: Cleanliness ,of the room and not enough cleanliness of the grounds

Liked: Mom said the coffee was not as bad as she expected it to be.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Flavor yuck and cold. Took forever to get one of our rooms. Looked like they had no clue what to do. People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Kids playing in the parking lot. Looked to be living there. Guy walking around with a plunger from room to room. Not comforting. Trash and cigarettes lying around everywhere and the pool. Smelled. Staff not overly friendly or helpful.
