Liked: Breakfast was too basic and unappealing and tasteless.Location had a fair advantage of a food court.
Disliked: Staff were not helpful. My wife asked for bathroom shampoo to be refilled only to be told by the reception on duty: “I can’t find the cleaner”. And of course the shampoo wasn’t refilled!Booking.com advertised the facility came with breakfast but I was charged for breakfast upon checking out. Ridiculous!Facilities were not clean. The landings all oused with stench . We were told our room can’t be cleaned because we were only there for 3 nights as short stays do not merit cleaning.

Great stopover stay!

Liked: We stopped here overnight to break up a very long journey across the country. The location was perfectly on route and excellent value for money. We ate at the restaurant upstairs and the food was fantastic and the chef was friendly and professional. The staff on reception were also helpful. This was a great little stopover.
Disliked: The pillows were pretty flat and there was only one spare in the room. But reception were happy to give another. Not much to say as a negative.
