Liked: Location, terrific bedroom and Shower room, facilities were good, lovely choice at breakfast and staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely walk behind the hotel for walking the dog and great choice of eateries on site.

Liked: Very clean comfortable room with more power sockets than you've ever seen... well 14! Very decent cooked breakfast, though coffee was a let down, as were the pastries. However for the price it's incredible value.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and very good sound proofing even though it was at a service station I could not hear noise from outside or inside the hotel. Breakfast was good with good options and staff were lovely.
Disliked: Walked into the room and it was unclean, had to ask staff to hoover the room. Found a pill in the condiments tray which was also dirty and the headboard was filthy! The sink in the bathroom is very high and the general cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel is looking very tired and unkempt.

Disliked: The room was not clean. Reported. I was told it will be cleaned next day as I had a dog. Next day it was not cleaned by noon. Waited until 5pm after making now complaints

Liked: Clean, convenient and comfortable at a very good price.
Disliked: Service station location but it is what it is and is actually convenient for Leatherhead and rest of Surrey.
