A very practical venue, regarding...

Liked: Very helpful staff, as always. (I have stayed at this venue before). Good acess to the car park. This is important to me, as I have a lot of items with me.

Exceeded my expectations.

Liked: Bargain Sunday night late booking - nothing amazing but suuuuuuuch a good night's sleep. I expected less but it turned out more!
Disliked: Carpets. Minging. Everything else great.

Liked: The location
Disliked: You have to pay 20 pounds for a dog to stay which i find unbelievable the room was dusty and the corridor carpet was disgusting. My dog is cleaner!!!

No access to this hotel...

Liked: It was not possible to get there as the m25 was closed. No one answered my calls and no one notified me as to how I could get to the hotel. You need to give me a refund. I can’t believe how bad the service is to not tell me how to get in.
Disliked: I couldn’t get there
