Liked: Gentleman on front desk was excellent and very helpful. We didn't have food but bed and shower etc all good.

Local, convenient and cheaper than...
Liked: Convenient location and cheaper than other local hotels.
Disliked: Very messy corridors. Has restaurant but not open. However with motorway services attached there were options for eating.WiFi would not connect from my room, so had to walk down corridor to get connection.

Disappointed with the inability to...
Liked: I had no problem with my actual stay but the booking process was really harsh and unfair. I made an honest mistake when my finger slipped and the wrong dates must have been selected on the booking calendar on my phone and I had booked for a date a month in advance. I reached out multiple times immediately via email and appealed to the staff behind the desk. It was so clear it was an honest mistake and they still got the business from me as I turned up and had to book a room on the spot for a higher price. They couldn’t help me and wouldn’t refund the second stay. This would put me off ever going back.

Liked: Similar to a premier inn.
Disliked: lack of light or view. terribly weak air conditioning.

Very good
Liked: It is convenient in a services, but only if you travel by car. A level similar to premier inn.
Disliked: Some rooms have no natural light and a are very dark. Others face the ca/ coach park. The air conditioning was so weak. Needs to be sorted out.
