Easy to check in. Friendly...
Liked: Food was good for breakfast and dinner. The staff members were friendly. The staff on reception were helpful. The price was good for what we had.Free parking was a bonus. Lots of different food options in the services next door.
Disliked: Missed not having cereal though. It was very quiet and it could have done with some quiet background music. There was an awkward silence where you could hear everything people were saying so they didn't say much. The bed was too high and difficult not to fall off.

It's a shame that one...
Liked: This hotel location is great. There's a food court next door that closes late. We are a couple who sometimes travel with our pet, which this place excepts, pet with a fee of £20. There’s a little garden at the back of the hotel and at the side of the building we, the lorries park, nice to walk the dog and play ball. In general, the staff are very friendly. The night staff, cleaners , and breakfast staff are very helpful and friendly. For us, this is a good place to get away from the kids but still close enough to get home if there's an emergency. Check out is at 11 am. For a fee of £10 you can stay till 1 pm. For early check-in is also at a fee.
Disliked: On this occasion we were not happy with our stay. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with one of the day female reception staff. It really upset our 4 day stay. Reason: When booking on booking.com, it doesn’t tell the hotel you're travelling with a pet. Also, the hotel doesn't tell you on their site there's a £20 fee.. BUT!! when you walk in, they can see you have your pet!! On this occasion, we thought we had been charged Plus they gave us a room upstairs (it seemed the person who dealt with us late at night/ early morning was new and didn't add the fee). Now! Keep in mind we were there for 4 days, walked the dog 3 times a day, which we had to walk pass reception deck each time, we said hello to staff each time, and stood in front of the desk going up the lift with the dog each time for four days. Now, this one female member of staff on the morning reception desk spoilt our 4 day experience, and I don't think we'll be going back for a long while. As we were leaving the hotel handing in the key cards. The way she spoke to us was disgusting and in front of other guests: "You didn't pay for the dog, and dogs are not allowed upstairs."Indirectly, she made us feel like we sneaked the dog into the hotel to avoid the fee, she expected us to know that dogs weren't allowed in the rooms upstairs, and they were only allowed downstairs. We took the room we were given. Anyway we paid the fee which wasn't a problem. But she left us feeling awful. shame!!!
