Excellent stay brilliant staff especially...

Liked: This was my fourth visit to this hotel (family in Leatherhead) we decided three years ago to give both premiere inn and travelodge a miss (what’s a few miles up the M25) Earlier question - did it meet my expectations? Yes, it was excellent, just like my previous stays
Disliked: What’s not to like?

Room too small [although clean]...

Liked: Easy check in.
Disliked: Room was tiny for something listed as a 'family room'The corridor carpeting was absolutely disgusting.....dirty, tatty, stained......I have stayed in some poor hotels but the carpets were the woorst I have ever seen!

Pleasant

Decent and worked for us...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable and helpful reception staff
Disliked: The fact the restaurant wasn’t open at the hotel because the chef hadn’t arrived, poor show given 100’s of cars and people had turned up for a cruise meet and the food hall was packed out.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Perfect hotel for a quick stay next to the M25. Hassel free check in and check out, good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing, all was good.

Nice stay, would stay again....

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean, lots of cobwebs and the carpets are really dirty everywhere. No hot chocolate anywhere for the children

Exceptional

Good value stay but could...

Liked: We absolutely loved the location for visiting Lego land and chessington, free parking and the refurbished family room we had was very comfortable and a great size. Staff were lovely too.
Disliked: The reception wasn’t very inviting due to being a reception, bar, waiting area all in one and unfortunately the restaurant felt extremely grubby. it had an awful smell of curry and dirt, which was weird at breakfast. Definitely needs a good clean and re fit, it was such a shame as everything else was great.
