This hotel was the worst! The pictures that are online look nothing like the actual hotel. There is no parking at the entrance. The parking lot was aways away up on a hill. The lobby was filthy. My son and I finally found our room after poor explanation. The hallways were dim and dirty. Upon entering the room, the carpet was stained. I checked the beds and there was hair on one and hair within the sheets. There were dead bugs/bees by the window. The curtains were stained, the bedding was stained. The shower was gross. We came into Cleveland to watch a MLB game and needless to say we went home after the game, a 2 1/2 hour drive. There was no availability at other hotels with this being a playoff game. I will never book at this hotel EVER again!! Not Recommended!!
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

Rooms were well set; good coffee and comfortable; don't stay by the elevator.
Liked: Hairdryer and amenities supplied; close to town.
Disliked: We were unfortunately roomed right outside of the elevator - it was very noisy and hard to rest.

Was looking for something close to the Agora and while this is about a 15 minute drive away it's absolutely worth it, far and away better than any of the other hotels I've stayed at in downtown Cleveland.
Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful room; excellent room service; great location.
Disliked: Not a single negative.

Let me start by saying I am non smoker. I have been smoke free for over one year. My boyfriend and I went to a concert for our anniversary and chose this particular non smoking hotel because I have terrible allergies and prefer my rooms smoke free. We may have smelled like smoke upon returning to the hotel because we were at a concert, where others around us were smoking. I drank water from one of the glasses and upon looking in the other glass I saw a lot of white powdery substance inside the glass. Gross! I was up all night with terrible stomach pains. I went to the front desk around 3 am and they were being audited by the IRS and could barely help me pay for Tums! Wow! I laid in bed all night tossing and turning only to go to the bathroom around 5 am to find a notice under the door for a violation of smoking marijuana! When confronting the manager in the morning, he told me a maid had smelled it around our room, entered the room and found our "stuff". He refused to tell me what time, and also refused to come to the room to search with us present and telling us that "I won't come check it now. Of course it doesn't smell anymore!". This does not make any sense to me because isn't the erroneous charge for cleaning the smoke smell? I have allergies to marijuana and therefore would have been bothered by it's scent. When contacting the manager the following day after things had calmed down, he proceeded to tell me I was being verbally abusive when I was only asking for details. He changed the story again to add in that "the manager on duty was receiving complaints and upon entering the room found the room full of smoke". This is not true, and is also a different version than the first story. As they have absolutely no evidence or trace or smoke in the room, all I was asking for was my money back for the $250.00 charge. I have no problem admitting my faults when I am wrong, but unfortunately I do have a problem paying a violation I did not commit. This hotel was dirty, overpriced, and very poorly managed. My father is a gold member with this chain and I can safely say my family and I will never give this company any of our business ever again.
Disliked: There were stains on the sheets. There was a white residual powdery subtance in one of the supposedly clean drinking glasses. I drank out of one of them and ended up with stomach issues all night. The bartender at the restaurant did not I.D. me - I am only 23. The food is overpriced and flavorless.

Considering I was on the ConcertHotels web site, I thought we would be much closer to downtown, and didn't realize we were so far away from the House of Blues.
Liked: Friendly.
Disliked: Air conditioner way too loud.
