Disliked: My reservation had been canceled due to the hotel reason, so I couldn't stay this hotel.I received a strange phone call the night one day before my stay from someone claiming to be the hotel manager, who asked me to provide my credit card number by phone. He stated he would not guarantee my stay unless I did so. I suspected that this call was a dangerous scam and refused his request. A few hours later, I received an email that my reservation has been canceled from Booking.com! I can't believe this is happening on your sight!

Disliked: There is no way these rooms are cleaned daily other than the trash being changed. There was a stuff hairy rag hanging from the shower rod. All types of stains and hairs in the bed.

Liked: The location is closed to the freeway and to shopping centers.
Disliked: The room was just okay, the shower tub and shower drain did not have a working plug and the plug was on the side, you could see down the drain. The hotel walls were dirty as well. Thankfully my family only stayed one night, while I stayed 3 nights but the room was not inviting to stay and rest. The breakfast was not very good. No fruit by the time I stopped by and we ran out of cups. No pancake or waffle maker. There was not actual gym, a few treadmills and bike machine. No free weights and the gym closed at 7pm. I’ve stayed at other locations where the gym closes at 11pm, and what gym does not have dumbbells?! When I asked about the gym, the guy said, we have a room that pretends to be a gym. Also he has never seen anybody use it. I thought I was getting a deal, for the price. I think I overpaid.
