Liked: After missing my flight the airline was able to rebook me with a long 12 hour layover in Ohio. The Ramada was very convenient. They offer free shuttle to and from the airport and the free breakfast was pretty decent. The room looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated. If there was ever a reason I needed to be or go to Ohio I will definitely be staying here. 12 min ride to the airport and friendly staff with a free shuttle. I don’t think there’s a better deal than this one.

Disliked: My reservation had been canceled due to the hotel reason, so I couldn't stay this hotel.I received a strange phone call the night one day before my stay from someone claiming to be the hotel manager, who asked me to provide my credit card number by phone. He stated he would not guarantee my stay unless I did so. I suspected that this call was a dangerous scam and refused his request. A few hours later, I received an email that my reservation has been canceled from Booking.com! I can't believe this is happening on your sight!

Disliked: There is no way these rooms are cleaned daily other than the trash being changed. There was a stuff hairy rag hanging from the shower rod. All types of stains and hairs in the bed.
