We stayed here one night...

Disliked: The property was tired, dirty and the food in the restaurant was awful.

Pleasant

Liked: The room itself was OK. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Air con didn’t work in the room. Breakfast was a bit chaotic , cups,eggs , hashbrowns hadn’t been replenished on the buffet so needed to wait. Buffet dishes were not a good design as the lids had to be fully removed. Difficult as I use a crutch to walk.

Good place to stay to...

Liked: Excellent value for money.
Disliked: Very expensive bar prices.

Liked: Very clean excellent staff very friendly and accommodating very good food
Disliked: The back of the hotel could do with a good clean up and paint boarders around hotel need plantingCould do with an electric point outside to allow fridge vans to hook up

Very good

Liked: Reasonable hotel with a bus stop right outside with regular service in to Cheltenham. Not too far from the M5
Disliked: A bit isolated as the nearest pub is 25 mins walk away

Very good stay for Suddley...

Liked: Excellent inclusive breakfast, very good staff, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable room and excellent free car parking in a quiet location. Fine selection of food and drink.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good location , room nice.

Liked: Nice hotel , good location
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved , fried eggs in particular. Wifi was down for several days

Disliked: It was like wondering into faulty towers

Hotel is fine

Liked: The receptionists were really nice & friendly. We had booked two rooms & were given a standard room & a suite. The breakfast was standard. The ‘treat’ basket is a nice touch
Disliked: The bedroom in the suite was fine but the bathroom & sitting room is in need of a major upgrade. I wasn’t able to get the shower hot but did not have chance to raise this with the hotel.
