I would consider staying there...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, secure, plenty of parking, good breakfast included, friendly staff, convenient location.
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work, luckily the weather was not hot and the room window opened.

Liked: The room was very spacious with a huge comfortable bed
Disliked: The hotel was very run down

Good value for money, excellent...

Liked: The staff were very polite and helpful under challenging conditions. The rooms are large, comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of hot water, acceptable breakfast. Overall we were happy with the hotel and the breakfast. It was good value for money. The hotel needs a lot of money spent on it , hopefully this will happen as its in a good location with a lot of potential.
Disliked: There was no bar service or food service during the day.
