Exceptional

Enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Liked: Great value for an overnight stay. And an overall enjoyable stay with very helpful staff.
Disliked: The bedding quilt was a bit heavy duty now we have warmer nights.

Passable

Liked: Staff were very friendly and lovely, the parking was free and it was in a good location.
Disliked: The hallway lights flickered quite a lot.... The room seemed quite dirty, stains and holes in the walls, stains on the ceiling and dust hanging from the ceiling.... The kettle we couldn't use because it was dirty inside, not sure if it was mold or maybe limescale.... It's quite noisy, we could hear people talking through the walls and it sounded like someone was moving around furniture for what felt like ages.

Short, Good Stay

Liked: Good sized clean rooms, decent breakfast. Close to the Cheltenham Spa Station.
Disliked: Need to have some toiletries

Would not go back to...

Liked: It was clean and it was convenient.The receptionist was kind.
Disliked: We booked 1 double bed. However, the room had two beds and mattresses together, we kept on sinking in the middle.The mattresses were absolutely horrible, soft and not levelled.The shower mixer was not working. We had either hot, or cold water.
