Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful, in particular Lucy the bar maid went far above and beyond what I would normally expect.

Liked: The hotel was short staffed but the staff they had were polite attentive and very hard working.The hotel was in need of a general refurb but the rooms were clean and the corridors and other areas smelt fresh.AC has not been removed but is also not listed in the hotels description so you can't then complain, we asked for a second fan which was delivered to our room promptly.
Disliked: The room had a breakfast menu which was not available but a good hot buffet was our out. The hotel owners need to invest in the property including more staff.

Liked: We Paid £68 for a family of 4 in advance , we were given a suite with breakfast, we checked prices for the same room on the day we arrived and it was over £200 more
Disliked: Run down, no Aircon , noisey fan , dirty carpets cold breakfast .

Disappointing to say the least!

Liked: Where it was located. Pleasant staff!
Disliked: Rubbish dump behind hotel, dirty carpets everywhere, breakfast food not kept warm, and other than bacon all very cheap bland items. Air con not working, shower in bathroom dribble flow rate. Had to ask for bath towels. Generally not very well presented, broken plant pots at front of hotel, are typical of what is to be found inside.
