Disappointing

Liked: Good breakfast and accessible location
Disliked: My room smelled terrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke. When I said something they treated me like i was crazy. I had to open the windows just to tolerate. Will never get a rm on that floor again. The night shift was amazing. The day shift was the woman who treated me like I was crazy. Housekeeping amazing and even tried to tell the woman at front desk that yes that room does smell that way. I am not a smoker so I do not want a room that smells that way

Disliked: The bed sunk in the middle. There was left over shampoo bottles in shower.the breakfat was terrible.nothing healthy like fresh fruit. no scrambled eggs.it was terrible choices CARBS CARBS CARBS

Liked: Good Location, Clean, Easy access, Nice inside pool& Hot tub.
Disliked: Poor sound barriers in walls, you hear everything around you. Makes it harder to sleep.

Quiet Room, Good Location

Liked: The location was perfect for me. My room was very quiet. The water pressure in the shower was very good.
Disliked: A member of the staff had to come fix the TV. (Apparently, other guests bring devices and hook them up to the TV but they don't put the settings back prior to checking out.)
