Very good

Liked: The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is good, and my kids loved playing on the pool slide.
Disliked: The receptionist has red hair, terrible service, and looks like she doesn't like working there. She treated us with disdain. I think when you work with people, you should be friendly and respectful.

A pleasant stay in Brooks

Liked: If you are visiting Dinosaur Provincial Park Brooks is the nearest big (ish) town. Check in was quick and easy and we had a dip in the pool before heading to the Boston Pizza next door for dinner - you get a discount as a hotel guest.
