Liked: General cleanliness.
Disliked: No TV remote; telephone to call reception didn't work; light fitting right over bed hanging off.

Very good but could be...

Liked: The hotel location is very good, seemed clean and a good location
Disliked: The hotel location is very good, my only downfall is the fact that you get charged at the hotel to park your car on the hotel car park should really be included in the price. Also breakfast is very expensive, think it should be a continental included in the price and only be charged if wanting full English.

Essentials, good breakfast

Liked: The staff were smiley, polite and very accommodating. Allowed me to place ice packs in their freezer, provided us with extra tea bags and sugars for the room. Rooms were equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was lovely, good selection
Disliked: Only bad point was the alternative switches for the bedside lamps, not easily accessible and was not able to locate them without help from staff. Noisy doors which was upsetting the dog but not the hotels fault. Parking is limited and tight spaces.

A little disappointed

Liked: Room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and had a large shower.
Disliked: Room was very hot bedside table was broken and they charged £20 for the dog and another £5 for parking, which made it not such good value for money.

Room for improvements

Liked: Room layout was expected. Friendly staff
Disliked: Toilet door didn't shut, out dated deco ceiling paint peeling and squeaky floor. Room was not replenished with towels or tea even with the door sign on. Only light switch for the main light in between the bed could have been one in the hall
