It didn’t meet our expectations...

Liked: We had dinner on the first evening, and it was quite nice.
Disliked: The air circulation in the room was inadequate. I tried to turn on the air conditioner using the room control unit, but it didn’t work. The room was uncomfortably hot for four people. We couldn’t open the window either due to security concerns.The breakfast was also disappointing. Some items had already run out when we arrived at 08:00 AM, such as pancakes and Nutella, and we were told they wouldn’t be restocked. There was no cheese available, only scrambled eggs (no boiled eggs), and no tomatoes, cucumbers, or any greens.

Liked: Room was spacious, had what was needed. Foyer clean and tidy. Dogs are allowed.
Disliked: Breakfast was Luke warm. Bacon and sausages were cheap and bacon very fatty.

Very good

Liked: Nice and quiet because we had to leave at 2.30 am to get to the airport.
Disliked: We couldn't see where to go to find the entrance, and went the wrong way all around the hotel. On the way we met another couple who also couldn't find the entrance. The bushes need tidying up and the entrance needs highlighting more.

Lovely room and breakfast!

Liked: This is a very nice hotel and very easy to get to the M5. Breakfast was very filling and the room was clean and lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
