Disliked: No TV remote; telephone to call reception didn't work; light fitting right over bed hanging off.

Liked: It was a convenient location for where we needed to be.
Disliked: You could hear slight road noise but to be expected & you can’t really help that.

Very good

Liked: Close to the motorway.
Disliked: Disappointing that you must now pay for parking when it was previously free.

Liked: Location perfectRooms was fine for 4 of us
Disliked: Took us & others ages to find front door - needs better signage on that & where to park.Breakfast was not great, certainly not worth paying extra for. Not much available, had to wait for bowls. Sausages undercooked, no poached eggs. Hotel tired, stained carpets, marks on walls etc.

Liked: Ideal hotel for a brief overnight stop. Good price. The food, both breakfast and evening meal were really good.
Disliked: Confusion on the payment for parking.

I had very bad experience...

Disliked: Wasn’t clear at all , there was some ones underwear hanging in bathroom, spider cobs on ceiling Door stoppers was broken very dirty and stinks

Liked: Good value, clean ideal location just off M5.

Sleep here eat at burger...

Liked: Super friendly helpful staff. Clean large room, value for money .
