Ramada by Wyndham Boston

The staff was incredibly rude to both myself and my husband. They were not helpful when asked questions about our room. The room itself was disgusting. There was hair in the shower, making it clear that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Oh and we woke up the morning of our check out to find ants in the bed. We will never be going back there again.

Liked: The shuttle was great and drivers were very nice. The breakfast was okay for a Continental Breakfast. The room we were in had a window and if you lifted the shade you saw a wall. It just was not what we wanted or expected. We paid less staying in Martha's Vineyard than we did at this place.

Plus we were not told we needed to pay for parking and they charged us for an early check in which we did not request but did give us the credit for that. Looked at reviews once we checked in and they were not good. Tried to get out of staying there but you would not refund us our money. The elevator did not even have any emergency phone in it. We took the stairs instead.

Disliked: Room door wasn't easy to open. Room was at end of hall next to exit door that would slam shut every time people would go through it. Sink faucet was difficult to turn on and off. No redundant lock on room door. Had to loosen and tighten light bulb on one of nightstand's lamp, switch did not work. Did not feel safe.

Okay for the price

Liked: The shuttle we used it to get to JFK train. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The room didn’t have a microwave. The tub was hard to start the water. The tv was all static on some of the channels. The a/c sucked in hot air from the hallway
