The staff was incredibly rude to both myself and my husband. They were not helpful when asked questions about our room. The room itself was disgusting. There was hair in the shower, making it clear that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Oh and we woke up the morning of our check out to find ants in the bed. We will never be going back there again.

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Maids slamming their carts all over the doors including my room and talking extremely loud to each other at around 7am all 3 days we stayed. Their closet was between both our rooms. Fellow customers yelling in the hall at 2:30am and 5am all 3 days as well.

Stay was comfortable for the...
Liked: We did not partake of the breakfast so unable to give any feedback. The location was good and there was ample parking available as we drove our own vehicle. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Our stay was very short but I was pleased with the ins and outs of the location.
Disliked: The smell when we entered the room. Seems the carpet is old and needed to either be changed or deep cleaned. The air conditioning was a bit of a problem for me as it was blowing too high but my daughter loved it. There was a mior issue with the key card to enter the room, we also saw another visitor with similar issue, but went down to the front desk and they advised. I think the rooms need to be upgraded as there were a few gaps noticeable with the bathroom door.

There should be better coordination...
Liked: The room is clean, room service good, customer care is good. Although I had to wait for more than half an hour as the reception could not trace my booking ID.
Disliked: The property didn't give the receipt of full payment amount. I made a payment of $326.82 on 20th June 2025 with my credit card ending ...7285 . However, the property provided me the receipt of $273.60. They advised me to ask Booking.com to provide the receipt of either the whole amount or the balance amount which was paid as Tax. I am requesting booking.com to provide me receipt for the whole amount. My email ID is ([email protected])
