Poor

Very dirty hotel.

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Absolutely filthy. Even the bed had dirt on it. The floors looked like they had never been cleaned. The shower curtain and shower was so dirty that I opted to not take a shower there.

Bad

Very disappointing. .

Liked: Location and ride to airport.
Disliked: We had 1 towel, not very clean, wood floors upstairs were so loud for us below. Shouldn't say breakfast if you don't have any.

Never staying there again

Liked: The breakfast was a joke
Disliked: The room was near the pool and had a locked door behind a curtain allowing noise into our room extremely disappointed

So close to being exceptional...

Liked: Room was very clean. Had a problem with the TV. Maintenance personnel were quick to arrive and resolve the problem. Nice pool and fitness area. Didn't use but appreciated the quality.
Disliked: 1. Front end staff definitely needs training on customer service. They got the job done, but not happily. Seems like everyone there hates their job.2. Breakfast was disappointing. No protein, all carbs. Cereal, bread, waffles. No coffee in breakfast area or lobby.3. Parking was challenging. We were in a front of the hotel room, but the only available parking was in the rear. Consider room designated spaces.

Disliked: Jot tub was cold, pool was freezing

Liked: The price of the room, friendliness of staff
Disliked: Maintenance noice from workers at 7:30 am.
