clean and comfortable

Liked: staff super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: the pool was down and guess laundry.

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: Front Desk staff was wearing dirty torned t shirt, very unprofessional. Room was not properly cleaned, no exhaust inside washroom. Poor wifi connection keeps disconnecting. Restaurant staff was rude and she was busy in phone. Pool was closed through out the stay.

We will never stay here...

Liked: Location and staff. It is very clean, although dilapidated.
Disliked: Very old and needs refurbishing - our room anyway (105). Noisy plant (swimming pool? Heating system?) all night. Poor water pressure in bathroom and leaky bath tap. Bathroom light has a short and turns off from time to time. Swimming pool was closed due to work being done.

Disliked: They don’t mention the pool is closed after 10

Liked: Room was affordable. The Hotel is situated in a good location that's a short drive from either downtown or the airport.
Disliked: The included breakfast was basically inedible (eggs were grey). Staff was unfriendly. Security was not very good, we were able to access the building at many points throughout the day without the use of our cards. We requested extra towels and some of the ones we received were still dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and we were unable to use any of the facilities because of construction that was occurring at the time of our stay.
