Worst stay and experience of...

Disliked: Bed bugs, lied to about having a pool, paid extra for a jacuzzi room to then be told the jacuzzi didn’t work. Tried for two hours to cancel and both booking.com and the hotel refused.

Disliked: The breakfast was cold cereal and bread! Then they ran out of bowls. This was the worst hotel I've ever seen dirty windows, broken doors, breakfast was horrible. I couldn't wait to leave.

Liked: A good parking spot
Disliked: First booking.com sold me a room that didn't exist. I was greeted with "we're full." Then she dug and found a room. It didn't have a safety lock. The toilet seat was the wrong size. No shampoo/conditioner or coffee for the coffee maker. There were stains on the bedspread. The breakfast was pathetic. The only thing they had was an automatic pancake maker. Everyone was complaining. The guy who checked out before me said he had to change rooms because of bedbugs. He had bites all over one side.All of this is consistent with Ramada's I've visited elsewhere. Never again! I'll spend $50 more to get a reliable place.
