Old, dilapidated hotel in bad...

Liked: Staff friendly.
Disliked: Curtains had holes in them. Furniture was dilapidated. Laudrey facilities didn't work but overcharged. Plates on wall were filthy. Homeless were behind rooms scaring guests. Bad location. Poor quality breakfast. Very expensive for an awful place.

Liked: I was not impressed with this facility. It was over priced and comparable to a one star motel. I did not like anything about this facility.
Disliked: This facility needs a major overhaul or reduce the daily price.

Disliked: No batteries in remote, TV still didn’t work, toilet paper roll not replaced even though it was empty, AC duct taped to tube vent going out through the wall, duct tape no longer sticking, bathroom patched up with grout, no block out curtains, just blinds which let light in. Small pillows

Liked: Nothing Homeless encounter on the property drugs all around a lady overdosed in front of the property facility was not upkeep. They put me in a room with cigarette smoke drug use blood stains urine smell.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was reasonable considering it was included.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too small.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND...

Liked: The only thing that I liked about this property is that they provided complimentary shuttle service from the airport.
Disliked: The property was not clean at all. The check-in process was very disorganized. The staff seemed confused about what they were doing. None of the staff members were dressed professionally. The chairs in the lobby are all badly stained. While we were waiting at the check-in counter, a woman walked up and informed the staff that the key that they had just given her was to someone else's room. She had walked in one someone in the room. Very unsafe. The tv in our room did not work. A staff member showed up to try to fix it to no avail. The furniture and flooring was badly worn. My son opened our curtains to check out the view and there is a large homeless encampment located directly behind the hotel. The people in the encampment were fought and cursed loudly all night and there was more of the same in the morning. The bathroom was not clean either. The complimentary continental breakfast was served by someone who looked like one of the homeless people from the encampment. He told us not to throw away the Dixie cups that contained the waffle batter, as he reuses them. Very unsanitary. We just stuck to the whole fruit. There is no way that I would stay there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
