Fine for a one night...

Liked: The staff were very helpful including the shuttle driver. Location near the restaurants and tourist center was good.
Disliked: Small room. Bathroom was newer and large. But the bed was small (a double, was supposed to be a King). Room was small overall. Furniture from the 50’s.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The location was very bad with a Homeless tent site out the back and lots of police activity.

Filthy, unorganized, shady

Liked: location to city and view other than homeless encampment next door
Disliked: The room we booked had been double booked and was not available. Our substitute room was dirty. Had to clean shit off of toilet. Tried to call front desk but there was no phone cord (safety issue too), there was no plug for the tub and it was dirty too. After third visit to desk without resolution (no phone cord, no tub plug...we had done cleaning) we opted to check out. Told our "incidentals" deposit would take 7 business days for refund. Our booking, we were told had to be done through booking.com even though we paid on site. To date we still have not received refund.

Comfortable bed, clean with no...

Liked: The staff went above and beyond when my phone was lost. They even checked back on security cameras recordings attempting to assist me.
Disliked: Free breakfast was less than expected… but it was free.

Would not stay again

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Dirty. Felt unsafe due to close by homeless camp. No hot water every night. Floors unclean. Phone didn’t work. No toilet paper or tissues. All public areas dirty. Poor breakfast. Waffle machine dirty. Poor heater. Strong smell of paint last day. Very strong. Just crappy overall
