Good
Liked: The staff was great! We were on family trip to Disneyland and the location was perfect! There's a city shuttle that picked us up right outside the hotel.
Disliked: The elevator was not working for our stay and bringing our luggage up to the second floor was a hassle, no accommodations were given for that.

Liked: Friendly Staff, accommodated us every time we requested something. Location is Excellent 10 mins walk to Toy Story parking lot to take the Free Shuttle to Disneyland lots of restaurants within walking distance. Target is about 10 mins drive. FREE Parking was a bonus. Breakfast is the same everyday but it's decent filled us up. Pool was small we didn't use it at all. Bed was very comfy but pillows could be a little softer. I suggest to bring extra house slippers the floors are vinyl and can be sometimes hard to walk on. Otherwise we are very happy staying here for 3 nights.
Disliked: Floors. Hallways can be loud cause other guests are up as early as 5am or 6am.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Did not know it was actually a California style motel with open air corridors. Noisy.

Liked: We liked that room are updated, some toiletries are provided even if we didn’t use them, the floors didn’t have those dirty carpets.
Disliked: The metal box frame under the bed it’s an annoying bang when your step close the bed and kick it by accident, and the breakfast tater tot were under done, also no parking space for guest checking in.

Liked: My husband and I stayed here for our trip to Disneyland for the weekend, and it was a comfortable stay. The room was very clean. The bathroom shower was nice and tall, which is a bonus since my husband is tall (6'1''). The room itself was spacious and comfortable for two people, BUT for adult activities the bed is very squeaky and the walls are thin...just fyi. The hallways echoed so you could hear people passing by very obviously. We brought ear plugs to sleep with and had no issues. Their breakfast was okay, you get what you pay for, but it was still better than nothing. We ended up using the shuttle to get to Disney, and used the 4 Harbor Line that stops at Harbor & Orangewood, which picks up literally right outside of the hotel. It also does return stops, so we were able to get back with no issues. It also was our first time using the shuttle, and it was really easy so if you're scared don't be. Checkout was at 11am, and we ended up leaving around 10 am. Overall, I would recommend this stay for sure!
Disliked: The hallways were a bit loud, but that really can't be helped. We also didn't appreciate that the parking lot was so full they started parking cars behind others, making is inconvenient if you were trying to leave. The elevator was very slow, and kind of sketchy and some of the lights didn't work, and it didn't have a "close door" button, so you had to just wait for it to close on its own. If you're not carrying a bunch of luggage, just take the stairs. Other than that, the property seems to be well managed and maintained, as they have remodeled recently is seems.
